The Agri-Clinic project uses information and communications technology (ICT) to help Sri Lankan farmers increase their agricultural productivity. We gather the latest research findings and agricultural data from the Sri Lankan Department of Agriculture, the University of Peradeniya, and CABI (www.cabi.org) and transform it into simple, farmer-friendly communication materials such as leaflets, booklets, video CDs, and e-books etc. We also provide an important feedback loop by transmitting local knowledge back to research institutions. The Agri-Clinic project is funded by UNESCO Bangkok and implemented by Fusion-Sarvodaya as part of its knowledge empowerment program.
